Clause regarding the protection of personal data

According to the Article 13 of the general data protection regulation dated on 27 April 2016 (the OJEU L 119 of 04.05.2016) I inform you that:

• administrator of your personal data is Inter-JKZ Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Częstochowa (42-200), at ul. Piastowska 57, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the Company,
• contact with the Data Protection Inspector - sekretariat@inter-jkz.pl,
• your personal data will be processed to enable providing the Company's services - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 (b) of the general regulation on personal data protection of 27 April 2016,
• recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data or entities involved in the implementation of the Company's services,
• your personal data will be stored for period of 6 years / or on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by the administrator (data are processed until the processing stops for business planning purposes),
• you have the right to request from the Company access to personal data, their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing,
• you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Company's supervisory body,
• providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude an agreement with the Company.
